About the Role
Our client is seeking a proactive and experienced Architectural Project Manager to oversee the successful delivery of architectural projects from their Stoke-on-Trent office. Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage architectural projects from inception through to completion, ensuring adherence to scope, budget, and schedule.
- Coordinate and communicate effectively with clients, design teams, contractors, and regulatory authorities.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, including risk assessments and mitigation strategies.
- Oversee the preparation of design documentation, planning applications, and tender packages.
- Conduct site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and compliance with design intent.
- Resolve project-related issues and conflicts promptly and professionally.
Requirements
- Proven experience (5+ years) in managing architectural projects, preferably within the UK construction industry.
- A relevant degree in Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of architectural design processes, building regulations, and contract administration.
- Proficiency in project management software and common architectural design tools.
- Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in the Staffordshire region.
