About the Role
Our client is looking for an accomplished Telecoms Project Manager to lead and oversee a variety of telecommunications projects from initiation to completion. Based in Stoke-on-Trent, Staffordshire , this hybrid role requires a blend of on-site presence for critical meetings and team coordination, alongside the flexibility of remote work. You will be responsible for defining project scope, managing timelines, budgets, and resources, and ensuring the successful delivery of complex network infrastructure and service deployment projects. This role is vital for ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and budget management.
- Lead and motivate project teams, assigning tasks and ensuring accountability.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
- Manage communication with all stakeholders, providing regular project updates and status reports.
- Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and client requirements.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in the telecommunications industry.
- Solid understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
- Experience managing infrastructure deployment, network upgrades, or service implementation projects.
- Proficiency with project management software tools.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification is highly desirable.
