About the Role
Our client is looking for a dedicated Project Manager to drive initiatives focused on operational efficiency within their facilities in Stoke-on-Trent, Staffordshire, UK . You will manage projects from conception through to successful implementation, working closely with operational teams, supply chain, and management. Key Responsibilities
- Lead the identification, planning, and execution of projects aimed at improving operational efficiency and productivity.
- Develop detailed project plans, defining scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and resource requirements.
- Collaborate with various departments to analyze current processes, identify bottlenecks, and propose effective solutions.
- Manage project budgets, track expenditures, and ensure timely delivery of all project milestones.

Requirements
- Proven experience (3-5 years) as a Project Manager, with a focus on process improvement and operational efficiency projects.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess complex operational challenges and develop data-driven solutions.
- Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies is highly desirable.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
- Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Engineering, Business, or a related discipline.
