About the Role
Our client is seeking a skilled IT Project Manager to join their team, operating under a hybrid work model combining remote flexibility with essential office-based collaboration. You will be responsible for the successful delivery of IT projects, ensuring they align with strategic business objectives and technical requirements. This role involves managing project lifecycles, coordinating with technical teams and business stakeholders, and ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget. Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end delivery of IT projects, including system upgrades, software implementations, and infrastructure enhancements.
- Develop detailed project plans, defining scope, objectives, timelines, and resource allocation.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration between IT teams, business units, and external vendors.
- Ensure projects adhere to quality standards and regulatory requirements.
- Prepare and present project status reports to senior management and key stakeholders.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an IT Project Manager , with a minimum of 5 years managing technical projects.
- Experience working within a hybrid operational model.
- Solid understanding of IT infrastructure, software development lifecycles, and network technologies.
- Proficiency with project management software such as Microsoft Project or Jira.
- Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- A relevant Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience; PMP or PRINCE2 certification is a plus.
