Key Responsibilities
- Manage all phases of architectural projects, ensuring successful delivery on time and within budget.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Lead and motivate project teams, including architects, designers, and consultants.
- Oversee contractor selection, negotiation, and management throughout the construction process.
- Ensure all projects comply with relevant UK building regulations, planning permissions, and quality standards.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular progress updates and managing expectations.
- Conduct regular site visits and progress meetings to ensure adherence to design intent and quality.
Requirements
- Professional qualification in Architecture or a related construction management field.
