About the Role
Our client is seeking an experienced Architectural Project Manager to join their team, operating entirely on a remote basis to support projects across the UK, with an initial focus on their Liverpool-based initiatives. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who can manage complex architectural projects from initiation through to successful handover, all while working independently. You will coordinate design efforts, liaise with clients and consultants, and ensure projects meet all technical and budgetary requirements. Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end delivery of architectural projects in a remote setting.
- Coordinate design documentation, specifications, and procurement processes.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, and contractors, facilitating communication.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
- Ensure all projects comply with relevant building codes, planning regulations, and quality standards.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in architectural project management or a related role.
- Strong understanding of architectural design principles and construction methodologies.
