Overview As an NEC3/NEC4‑accredited Project Manager or Cost Manager, you will lead infrastructure projects and programmes for high-profile clients. You’ll guide delivery through the full lifecycle, manage contracts and controls, and mentor the next generation of project professionals. You’ll work with diverse stakeholders and influence outcomes in a hybrid working setup. This role offers the challenge of delivering complex projects while building trusted client relationships and shaping delivery excellence.
Responsibilities - Lead delivery across the project lifecycle to meet client objectives
- Manage contracts, procurement, and project controls including budgeting and forecasting
- Ensure health, safety, quality and environmental management on projects
- Provide leadership to project teams and foster mentorship in challenging environments
- Plan, communicate and coordinate multiple work streams with senior client representatives
- Develop solutions for complex problems and drive them to delivery under pressure
- Maintain strong stakeholder relationships and act as trusted advisor to clients
- Support development of junior project managers and contribute to team growth
- Monitor performance and reporting to clients and internal leadership
Key requirements - NEC3 or NEC4 Accredited Project Manager (essential)
- Significant infrastructure project or programme management experience across lifecycle
