Responsibilities - Ensure safe, high‑quality, compliant delivery while promoting wellbeing and inclusion and upholding PMO standards
- Shape and implement PMO and Project Controls strategies to drive service excellence and industry engagement
- Manage project teams across cost, schedule, change, risk and reporting, supporting long‑term strategic development
- Mentor teams, share best practice, and support resourcing to enable teams to excel
- Oversee PMO and Project Controls delivery with effective frameworks, baseline management and governance across commissions
- Provide expert guidance on cost, schedule, change, risk and reporting while maintaining strong client relationships
- Develop PMO and Project Controls teams and integrate with Planning disciplines
- Drive compliance, mitigate risks and support net‑zero objectives throughout delivery
Key requirements - Professional membership (RICS, CIOB, APM, ICE or equivalent) with ongoing development
- Extensive delivery‑phase experience across complex property or infrastructure programmes
- Strong commercial, financial and senior‑stakeholder management capability
- Proven leadership of diverse teams with awareness of carbon and sustainability considerations
