Overview In this role you lead a Mechanical Project within a tier-one MEP contractor on a circa £60M M&E package for a large Cambridge office project. You oversee the self-delivery team and external sub-contractors, ensuring health, safety and quality on site. You’ll report progress, with FieldView/iPad reporting experience as a plus. The role offers a strong on-site leadership opportunity within a high-profile, commercial-building context.

Responsibilities - Lead and coordinate the mechanical project delivery with the in-house team and specialist sub-contractors
- Ensure health, safety and site compliance across all activities
- Oversee progress reporting and on-site performance (FieldView/iPad reporting advantageous)
- Manage project scope, risks, and coordination for a £60M M&E package
- Support handover and interface with client/stakeholders on site
Key requirements - Established Mechanical Project Manager with proven Building Services/M&E experience
- Experience on M&E fit-out projects is advantageous
