Overview As Project Manager, you will lead the enabling works package for a landmark Bedford development, ensuring safe, on-time, and within-budget delivery. You’ll work within an experienced team to coordinate site teams, subcontractors and suppliers while maintaining high quality and strong safety standards. You will monitor programme performance, costs and risks and report progress to stakeholders, shaping project outcomes. Responsibilities - Manage enabling works delivery from mobilisation to completion
- Coordinate site teams, subcontractors and suppliers
- Monitor programme, cost, quality and risk
- Ensure compliance with health, safety and environmental standards
- Build relationships with clients, consultants and the supply chain
- Provide regular progress reporting and drive project performance
Key requirements - Proven PM experience in construction or civil engineering
- Background delivering enabling works, infrastructure or major civil projects
- Strong leadership, planning and communication skills
- Commercial awareness and stakeholder management
- Degree/HNC/HND in a relevant discipline preferred
- SMSTS, CSCS and Full UK Driving Licence
