Overview As Senior Project Manager you will lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale construction projects from inception to completion. You will work within our Real Estate team to ensure projects meet time, budget, and quality targets while upholding safety and regulatory standards. You will coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and clients to align objectives and governance across the lifecycle. This role offers meaningful impact by shaping delivery through robust planning, risk management, and stakeholder engagement. Responsibilities - Lead end-to-end management of large-scale construction projects
- Develop and maintain project plans with schedules, budgets and resources
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet project objectives
- Implement project governance, processes and systems
- Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies
- Monitor finances and manage change control
- Foster clear communication through meetings and reports
- Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations
- Identify new business opportunities with clients
- Mentor junior project managers
Key requirements - Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
- Demonstrable experience managing large-scale construction projects
- PMP certification
- Proven track record delivering projects on time and within budget
- Strong knowledge of construction processes and industry best practices
- Proficiency in Microsoft Project and Primavera
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to build strong client and contractor relationships
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience in a consultancy environment preferred
- Familiarity with sustainable construction practices and LEED certification a plus
