Overview As a Project Manager in Turner & Townsend’s Real Estate team, you will lead end-to-end commissions, aligning client objectives with time, cost and quality targets. You will serve as the primary client interface, guiding governance and cross-functional teams to deliver successful outcomes. You’ll manage risks, finances, and reporting, shaping project strategy and ensuring value at scale. Responsibilities - Lead end-to-end project management commissions and ensure delivery to time, cost and quality targets
- Serve as the day-to-day client interface to meet objectives and keep projects on track
- Handle projects of varying scale (up to 40m normally; larger for advisory work such as urban regeneration funding)
- Provide strategic advice at project conception and define overall success criteria
- Plan and manage quality, safety, health and environment issues
- Establish governance, processes and systems for the project
- Produce detailed project plans and manage resource procurement
- Lead and facilitate cross-functional project teams
- Apply performance management techniques including KPIs to improve project performance
- Manage change control processes and project finances
- Coordinate project information flow via meetings and written communications
- Produce formal progress reports and interface with clients and consultants at all stages
Key requirements - Degree qualified in relevant discipline (desirable)
- Proven experience managing construction/refurbishment projects, ideally in a consultancy environment (essential)
