Overview In this Project Manager role, you lead end-to-end project commissions on prestigious infrastructure programmes, ensuring delivery on time, budget and quality. You will be the primary client interface, coordinating cross-functional teams and governance to meet objectives. You’ll play a key part in shaping project approaches and risk management on varied projects from rail to utilities. Responsibilities - Provide strategic input at project inception to align with client objectives
- Define and maintain project requirements and success criteria
- Establish governance, processes, and systems for project delivery
- Create and manage the master project plan and activity schedules
- Develop resource plans and procure required resources
- Lead cross-functional project teams and facilitate collaboration
- Apply performance management techniques and KPIs to improve outcomes
- Oversee change control, budget development, and cost tracking
- Manage project information flow with clients and stakeholders
- Interface with clients, consultants, and other stakeholders throughout the project
- Advise on Health & Safety and Environmental issues and risks
- Plan for and manage quality, safety, health and environment aspects
