Overview In this Fixed Term Contract role, you will lead architecture-driven projects within the Central Engineering CT Operations to shape Arm's IP development for energy-efficient products. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to drive planning, governance, and risk management in a fast-paced, high-tech environment. Your work will influence how products and IP are delivered and scaled across the organization. Responsibilities - Own and drive planning, scheduling, tracking, monitoring and reporting for projects
- Motivate and drive teams to deliver commitments
- Ensure project governance and proactively manage risks, changes, and dependencies
- Collaborate with Engineering, Product Management, Legal and Operations
- Contribute to process improvements and best practices in the team
Key requirements - Leading project delivery, preferably in an Agile or iterative environment
- Strong communication and networking skills to influence and collaborate with engineering teams, peers, senior management, and Arm partners
