About the Role
Our client is seeking a highly motivated Renewable Energy Project Manager to spearhead exciting projects in Newcastle upon Tyne . Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the end-to-end management of renewable energy projects , including solar, wind, and battery storage.
- Develop and manage project plans, budgets, and timelines, ensuring adherence to scope and quality standards.
- Coordinate with internal teams, external consultants, and regulatory bodies throughout the project lifecycle.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, proactively addressing challenges to ensure successful outcomes.
- Manage stakeholder communications, providing regular progress updates to senior management and clients.
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations specific to the energy industry .
Requirements
- Degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related discipline.
- Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale energy projects .
- Strong knowledge of renewable energy technologies and the UK energy market.
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera).
