About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Manage all phases of geothermal energy projects, from initial exploration and drilling to plant construction and operation.

- Coordinate with drilling teams, engineers, contractors, and regulatory agencies to ensure compliance and project success.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Geology, Environmental Science, or a related discipline; Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in project management within the energy sector, with a specialization in geothermal or other O&G related fields.
- Demonstrated success in managing complex, multi-million pound energy projects.
- Strong understanding of geothermal resource assessment, drilling technologies, and power plant operations.
