About the Role
Our client is seeking a highly capable Senior Project Manager to lead key projects within the burgeoning renewables energy sector . This exciting role, based in Wolverhampton, West Midlands , involves overseeing the full lifecycle of renewable energy projects, from initiation and planning through to execution and closure. You will be responsible for delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards, managing diverse teams and stakeholders. Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end delivery of renewable energy projects, ensuring successful outcomes.
- Develop detailed project plans, including scope, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Lead and motivate project teams, fostering collaboration and effective communication.
- Identify, assess, and manage project risks and issues proactively.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, permits, and company policies.
- Liaise with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to manage expectations and ensure project success in Wolverhampton .
Requirements
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in Project Management , with a strong emphasis on the renewable energy industry.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
- Experience with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Prince2) and tools.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field; PMP or similar certification preferred.
