About the Role

Key Responsibilities

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field. PMP certification is highly desirable.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, with a significant focus on solar energy projects.
- Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously in a remote setting.
- Proficiency with project management software (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Trello) and collaboration tools (e.g., Slack, Zoom, Microsoft Teams).
- Strong understanding of solar PV technologies, system design, and installation best practices.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
- Demonstrated ability to problem-solve effectively and make sound decisions independently.
- Must have a reliable internet connection and a dedicated home office workspace.
